Cyberwise School maintains a transparent and fair refund process. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase to be considered. To qualify, users must not have completed more than 20% of the course material.
Refunds are issued only for technical issues or course misrepresentation that cannot be resolved through support. Once approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days.
No refunds will be provided for subscription plans or corporate packages after the initial trial period.
